Students in Year 9 to Year 13 will go through an audition process to be considered for this specialist and advanced ensemble. As with all co-curricular Performing Arts groups, students must re-audition each year to retain their position. Ballerinas may choose to dance en pointe, but this is not a compulsory requirement.
Overture Ballet Troupe is facilitated by an expert staff member, with weekly lunchtime rehearsals being led and choreographed by student leaders.
