Philosophy club is an opportunity for students to gain exposure to philosophy, share their views on “big” questions, open their minds to new ideas, develop reasoning skills and make new friends.

The topics we discuss will vary and reflect student’s interests.  They will include topics of current global interest such as ethics, metaphysics, aesthetics, epistemology, political philosophy, free will, racism, technology and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

This club will provide a safe space for students to share their views and for their peers to respectfully challenge their reasoning.
