It involves carrying a large lion outfit that has two people in it, which are the head and the tail. Both roles allow for a wide variety of fitness, height, and ability, so everyone can participate!
Furthermore, the moves and skills learned are heavily grounded and influenced by traditional Chinese martial arts, which lets students greatly improve their fitness. Students can work together to improve their skills, physique, and musicality for our annual Chinese Night performances, or any other events that we are commissioned to perform at!
You need to attend all the practice sessions and public performances to have this added onto your student profile.
