The objective is to complete as many problems as possible in the time allowed. The teams train during Terms 1 and 2  at school and compete in heats against other schools in Term 3 for a chance to make it to the grand final. This group provides students to collaborate and work together to face a series of challenges, developing communication and critical thinking skills while working under time pressure. For students who love a challenge and the opportunity to think outside the box, this group is the perfect place to meet likeminded students and see just how creative they can be. 

If the students are chosen to represent the school at an interschool event then it is put on their student profile.

• Year 9 and Year 10: 21 November 2025
• Year 11: 19 November 2025
• Year 12 and Year 13: 18 September 2025
