BACKThe combined North Shore Schools Careers and Pathway Expo which was held recently proved to be extremely popular as many local students, parents, and teachers attended this two-day event.
The event brought together a comprehensive range of exhibitors from universities, technical institutes, private training providers, industry training organizations, and employers, filling the stadium with a buzz of conversations as young people surveyed potential future pathways.
In addition, evening seminars were hosted on topics ranging from international study options to employment opportunities. We appreciated the time taken by staff representatives from Auckland Council Pools and Leisure Department, Bunnings, Fulton Hogan, and Omexom for sharing the on-job training prospects offered by their businesses.
We are delighted with the continued success of this combined North Shore schools event and plans are already underway to secure a Term 2 booking at North Harbour Stadium for the 2024 Careers Expo.
